FLAGGING NOTICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 9, SECTION 5 OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT

On 11 April 2016, Olvi plc received a flagging notice concerning its shares in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act from the Estate of Heikki Hortling.

According to the notice, shares held by Heikki Wilhelm Hortling have been transferred to the Estate of Heikki Hortling. Shares transferred to the Estate: 99,760 Series A shares representing 0.48 percent of all shares and 0.11 percent of all votes; and 903,488 Series K shares representing 4.35 percent of all shares and 19.29 percent of all votes.

Holding, Series A and Series K shares combined: 4.83 percent of all shares and 19.40 percent of all votes.

Olvi plc has two (2) series of shares. Olvi plc has a total of 20,758,707 shares divided into 3,732,256 Series K shares and 17,026,552 Series A shares.
