CHANGE IN OLVI’S EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT

Mr. Mikko Paananen, LL.M., who has served Olvi Group as Director responsible for Business Steering and Legal Affairs since 2009, will resign from Olvi plc’s service. Mr. Paananen has been appointed Managing Director of Savings Bank Optia as of 1 January 2014. He will enter employment with the bank in October 2013.
