OLVI PLC’S FINANCIAL REPORTS IN 2011

Olvi Plc will issue a bulletin on the 2010 financial statements on 24 February 2011. Olvi Group’s annual report for the year 2010 will be released during the week beginning on 14 March 2011.

Olvi Plc will issue the following interim reports in 2011: For the period from January to March on 28 April 2011; from January to June on 11 August 2011; and from January to September on 27 October 2011.

The Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of Olvi Plc will be held in Iisalmi, Finland, on 7 April 2011. A notice to convene the meeting will be published in March 2011.
