OLVI PLC’S FINANCIAL REPORTS IN 2006

Olvi Plc will issue a bulletin on the 2005 financial statements on
23 February 2006.

Olvi Group’s annual report for the year 2005 will be released
during the week beginning on 3 April 2006.

Olvi Plc will issue the following interim reports in 2006:
For the period from January to March on 27 April 2006; from
January to June on 17 August 2006; and from January to September
on 26 October 2006.

The Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of Olvi Plc will be
held in Iisalmi, Finland, on 4 April 2006. A notice to convene the
meeting will be published in March 2006.
