B-WARRANTS 1999 OF OLVI PLC TO MAIN LIST

All the B-warrants of the Bond Loan with Warrants 1999 of Olvi Plc
will be traded on the Helsinki Exchanges Main List as of April 1,
2003. The 1999 B-warrants will be traded together with the listed
1999 A-warrants.

The total number of B-warrants is 125,000. Each B-warrant entitles
its holder to subscribe for one Olvi Plc A-share. In the
aggregate, the B-warrants entitle holders to subscribe for 125,000
A-shares in Olvi Plc. The shares can be subscribed with the
warrants during 1 April 2003 – 30 April 2005. The share
subscription price with B-warrants is EUR 16.54/share. The
dividends payable annually shall be deducted from the share
subscription price.
