Relais Group Plc group company AB Reservdelar has today on 1 July 2025 agreed to acquire 100 percent of the Swedish company Autodelar Sweden AB ("Autodelar"). The sellers are the two founders and shareholders of Autodelar. The closing of the Corporate Acquisition takes place today. Autodelar will be consolidated into Relais Group from the beginning of July 2025, as part of the Scandinavia segment.

Autodelar is a highly regarded local distributor of vehicle parts, tools, and accessories located in Borlänge and Falun in Sweden. In 2024 its net sales was SEK 28.4 million and EBIT SEK 1.4 million. The number of employees was 9.
