8 October 2020, Glanbia Co-operative Society Limited ("Glanbia Co-op") has today appointed John G Murphy (North Wexford/East Wicklow region) as Chairman of Glanbia Co-op in place of Martin Keane and Brendan Hayes as Vice-Chairman of Glanbia Co-op in place of John G Murphy. 
 
Robert Barron, John Regan and Denis O’Sullivan were appointed as Non-Executive Directors in place of Jer Doheny, Diarmuid Lally and Eamon Power, who retire. Patrick Murphy will continue in the position of Vice Chairman.
 
Commenting on his appointment as Chairman, John G Murphy said: ‘I am honoured to be appointed to serve as Chairman of Glanbia Co-operative Society. On behalf of the entire Glanbia organisation, I would also like to thank the outgoing Chairman Martin Keane for his commitment and dedication to his role as Chairman for the last two years.’
