In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that it has been informed that Katrina Hart, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, will be appointed by Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust PLC as Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 March 2026. As previously announced, Katrina will be retiring from the Board of AEWU at the AGM scheduled to be held in September 2026.
