Ascential plc ("the Company" / LSE: ASCL.L) has today received notification of the following transactions by its Executive Directors, Duncan Painter and Mandy Gradden.
Duncan Painter has purchased 22,593 shares and has a resultant holding of 3,551,022 shares, 0.89% of ordinary shares in issue. Mandy Gradden has made a disposal of 400,000 shares following the expiration of the 360 day lock-up period following Admission on 12 Feburary 2016 and the announcement on 27 February 2017 of the Company's financial results for the year ended 31 December 2016. Her resultant holding is 771,773 ordinary shares, 0.19% of ordinary shares in issue.
